Sleeping Position?
This article ( http://watarts.uwaterloo.ca/~acheyne/prevent.html ) has come to my attention and it mentions that sleeping in a "supine" position increases the likelyhood of sleep paralysis. Has anyone here noticed that WILDs (or other techniques) are easier in certain positions? Thanks.

I have noticed that, I use that position for WILD attempts.
Have you considered that because its not anyone's NORMAL sleep position, that sleeping in "unusual" sleep positions may moreso be the cause of sleep paralysis? Maybe, because the position isnt normal, people's minds wake up before their bodies. (resulting in sleep paralysis)
I know that it is REALLY hard to get anywhere close to a successful WILD when I am laying in any other position than the "supine" position

That's strange because, well, I ALWAYS sleep in the 'supine' position. Although, sometimes in the slightly on my sides position.

I selep with one hand under the pillow and one hand under the covers holding a pillow. Each night my leg position changes.
I'm confused: does sleep paralysis encourage dreams or is it just - well, sleep paralysis?

I don't know about sleep paralysis encouraging LDs, but I;ve had a fair few NIGHTMARES because of it

When I sleep, I do so on my side. I try WILDs on my back because I don't fall asleep so quickly. However, my muscles end up aching after laying in this position for an hour or so.
