I need help promoting myself...
I have low-level LD's that last so short... it's getitng annoying
About 6 low-level LD ins about 1 week.
They all had something happening, then I say i'm dreaming to myself.
But somehow, I can influence myself to do something (but it's always so hasty) and then the dream fades away into another dream or something like that, but when it fades itnto a next dream i don't know anything anymore...

Try looking throught he tutorials and stuff. There is stuff about in your dream yelling "More clarity" and the like. There are many techniques you could look into just by going into the tutorial section.

As Branson said, you can check out the tutorials section and read up a bit, there's some good stuff there.
My advise is when you become Lucid, try to stop and think. Take in the souroundings. Once you have got a good "foot-hold" on your dream, start slowly, don't rush into things. I know how much people want to fly and such, but it's better to work for things than rush in.

Also, I would be thrilled that you've achieved so many LDs in such a short span of time, no matter what level of lucidity they were! :wink:
Yeah, don't go anywhere until you've increased the clarity.
I've had exactly the same problem as you for ages, but I conquered it last night.
Make stability your top priority. ;)
SIX LDs in one week !!! EXCELLENT PROGRESS. The thing is persevere and concentrate on generating more LDs and stabilizing lucidity. The technique I use is to IMMEDIATELY wave my arms slowly, like I'm conducting an orchestra or doing tai chi, and repeat the word "Stabilize". Don't look at anything in the dreamscape, just concentrate on "feeling" your dream body until it is completely stable. Then you can play...

You are making great progress. I've only had one this week. All the LD's I've had were on the basis of accidental OBE's right before they happened. I don't remember ever being able to use an RC.

You are well on your way! Don't get discouraged at this point - these are early signs that you are learning. What everyone says is correct -
1) Don't get overly excited.
2) Stabilize yourself - I like to sit on the ground in my dream until everything is settled.
3) Remind yourself when falling asleep that when you become lucid you'll sit and rub your hands together. Tactile sensations will keep you in the dream.
