when i am going to sleep i try to concentrate, and i usually do pretty with it. The problem is when i fall asleep i lose all concentration and the weirdest things don't phase me in the least. is there any help i could get on concentrating while im falling asleep and while sleeping. hope you can help :?
MEDITATING, ya' know. It will really help one concentrate.

Might be that when you wake up, you could be cranky in be in a "I don't really care about anything" mood, which is usually me right after waking up.
I find out that with that attitude, when I try to LD in the morning, if for just a few seconds, I think to myself, I'm really tired, I don't feel like trying to LD right now, and boom, lights out for another hour or two. I'll dream, but it usually won't be a LD.
