How do you imagine yourself in the dream recognising a dreamign if u dunt know any signs?
on a totally different subject, do spicy foods help in the process of becoming lucid? i justmade some VERY good salsa wraps...MMMMMMMMM salsa wraps... :P

I've never recognized any dream signs. Usually when I lucid dream it's because I do RCs or just realize it's a dream. None of the techniques (WILD,MILD,etc) have worked for me and I haven't noticed if any specific foods induce them either.
There are several major dreamsigns that everyone will experience at some point! If you imagine yourself flying/having a TV/light that wont turn off/on, then you should realise this must be a dream!
There are many kinds of dreamsigns, and I'm pretty sure everyone has at least one. It could be anything from being in some completely strange situation, to seeing things that can't possibly happen in RL. It's just a matter of finding it. Have you been keeping a dream journal? If you haven't I'd suggest it. It can help you figure out your sign. Also, don't be looking for the wrong thing. Dreamsigns aren't always some image that happens again and again in your dreams.
But i do not knoe mmy sogns...
