I usually take a B-Vitamin complex a few times throughout the week, and B 12 is definetly a large dose in the pill. I haven't ever tried it solo, but it certainly creates some vivid dreams. just experiment with it....
umm... drugging up for dreams doesn't sound like a good idea... even if they are vitamins...
Record any results yet sleepeazy? Be sure to include dose, administration method (pills vs. sublingual tabs), body weight, age, length of time between taking it and going to bed, etc.. all are relevant.
Its not really drugging, at least by classical definitions its less 'drugging' than eating chocolate or drinking tea, its more like intentional exogenously induced neurochemical modulation (ok it means the same but doesnt carry the social phobia  )Quote:

Its very possible i use vitamin B alot, and it does increase my ability to recall dreams and the vividness of them. As for "drugging", if you wanna look at it that way everything is drugging, even the air we breathe is a chemical compound, so if you wanna get technical yes it is... But its really actually more healthy than not. Its alot safer than doing some real hard drugs before sleeping, trust me i know.

If anything, B12 doesn't appear to be something you can really overdose on. Though this doesn't mean you should go and eat a whole bottle of it, I doubt taking a supplement and testing the results while sleeping will hurt you at all. Then again, I've not seen anywhere that B-12 has been helpful or hindering to lucid dreaming. Its a complex thing, feel free to experiment and document your results.
We do however already know that B-6 affects lucid dreaming in many people, and you can overdose on that, but the side effects are mostly annoying. There's lots of information on here if you want to try that, its safe in doses lower then a half gram, and most usually don't take more then 100mg a day.
But if you really wanna investigate B-12, i've heard deficiencies can cause memory loss and other unpleseant things that might decrease dream recall.
