WILD Re-assurance

Hello, how are we all?

I've been trying to WILD for about a month now and 'failing' each time. I want to know if I'm doing it right.

Well, I shut my eyes and concentrate. Everything follows like the vibrations and paralysis thing. My heart beats like crazy because I'm so afraid and excited that somehow I slip back out of it, or I open my eyes in shock!

When they say concentrate on the blackness I don't udnerstand whether they mean a 'far-sighted' blackness or the blackness on my eyelids? The 'far-sighted' blackness is hard to actually concentrate on and the blackness of my eyelids causes my eye lids to open! It's fairly annoying but I'm determined to do it.

Additionally, I noticed that I never have the streaks of colours or bizarre patterns. Is this a problem?

How do I keep myself calm? and What type of blackness am I concentrating on?

Edit:: And now I'm even mroe annoyed because I couldnt get anywhere just now, after 40 minutes of trying.

One of the things I always have trouble with is concentrating too much. The thing that is most likely holding you back is that you are thinking way too hard about it. Try to slow your breathing, and concentrate on something else, like counting down and slowing your breathing each time. You will find that this will slow your heartbeat down, and let you relax a bit more.

Just dont try too hard, or you will find yourself all the more frustrated.
