My way of lucidity.

Well, I've been going over the times I've became lucid, and found one thing: I went to bed when I was EXTREMELY tired, and went to sleep almost instantly.


1. Make sure you are really tired, do not even go to your room until you've done so much or stayed up so long, you can barely keep your eyes open. (It is best to study about lucid dreams while you are doing this.)

2 .Go to bed

3. Before you go to sleep, just think to yourself, "I will do (insert here) tonight in my dreams. (Probaly lucid dream)

4. If you fall asleep almost instantly, then it should work.


*note, You probaly want pretty good dream recall for this*

Please tell me if it works for you. I have a 100 percent sucsess rate so far. I might improve on it if it works for alot of people. :D

Lol. I just made atechnique quite similar to that. It involved staying up late too. Cool technique! I'm gonna dream about ninjas tonight. People like you with these awesome sounding techniques give me a new drive to do it. Thank you so much. And to everyone who has ever created a good technique for anything!
