Looking for a gameplan
It's been quite a while since I've last been here, great to see the forum is still up. So is my old mentor "gameover" still around? The guy actually triggered my first and only LD. Sadly after that school started again and I simply didn't find the time or discipline to continue with this, it's sad really.
It's been almost two years now and one big dream diary is filled with all kinds of dreams. During the month of intense experiencing with dreaming and trying to attain lucidity I could record up to 6-8 dreams a night, now it is down to 1-3 a night. The reason I'm going to (try) to get to lucidhood again is that though I haven't concentrated on lucidity itself I have read a lot about dreams in general (Jung, Freud and some very badly written new age books).
Now I will be on a 5 week holiday without any internet acces a week from now. I want to compile a gameplan for that time. I know that after one week of intense working with WILDs (etc) I got one LD but setting an alarm and staying awake for 2-3 hours before resuming sleep won't work in a tent, especially with four other people around you. So I need a way to work in getting to LDs again but preferably without an alarm clock and waking other people up. It seems a real solution might be my mp3 player with the LucidRemix.mp3 I just downloaded but does anyone have any other solutions?
Thanks so far and hi to the few people who remember me ;-)

Since you will be sleeping in a tent I can see 2 possible scenarios:
1) you will sleep very lightly as other people will be tossing and turning and making noise or just plain speaking.
2) You may be very tired from the daily activities, whatever you are doing, I assume you will be in a tent outdoors camping and not protesting something in front of the white house :P
In the first case use the cituation to your advantage, light sleep may lead to a lot of near dream and other weird states that are pretty fun. you may also use the people speaking to keep you somewhat aware as you are falling asleep. I've had few WILDs like that without even trying -0
Try whatever techniques you know, in 5 weeks you are likely to get some success.
In the second case you will fall asleep faster, so you may have even more luck with WILDs
Try to download some other lucid induction files, I've had some/a lot of success with "Stephen LaBerge Trance Induction Of Lucid Dreaming - Daytime (or Bedtime) .mp3"
Main thing is dont give up and dont be lazy :P
