very happy dreamer!
Had my first induced LDs last night - not one, not two, not even three but FOUR lucid dreams!!!! Had two, woke up, posted in my dream journal, and then went back to sleep for two more! I'm practically dancing the happy dance this morning! I had no idea it was possible to have such a slew! :D
Wasn't able to WILD, it was too hot and I couldn't relax... Eventually went to go sleep on the sofa where it was cooler. I ended up just incubating my intention to realize I was dreaming, and it worked! I guess all my obsession the past few days is paying off.
Is it possible to keep this up? Is this just beginner's luck? What should my next steps be?
Anyway, thanks for listening, I just had to share because I'm super excited and I don't know who to call and tell, I don't think my friends will understand. Come check out my dream journal if you're interested, I welcome all comments!

That's amazing. Congrats!
Most couches don't offer the opportunity for deep sleeps, so my guess is that by sleeping on the couch you were kept just awake enough to catch yourself in dreams, over and over again. I'm sure that the attempt to WILD earlier along with it being so warm played a role in it too.
Regardless, awesome work. Keep it up!

Hmmmm...How Fun!!! :bravo: I don't think that keeping up that many LDs is possible, but it's definitely possible to LD multiple times a week, and you may be a lucky person who can LD more easily than others, and get to that level fast if you keep trying. I agree that the couch definitely helped, too. Last time I slept on the couch I LDed.

Four lucid dreams is pretty good. The interesting thing I have noticed is that some nights are super nights for LD. Last night, for example, I had two good solid LDs. Other times, I will have dreams with over ten bouts of lucidity. It all depends. For some reason, some nights are better than others.
