Problems doing WILD.

I've been trying to do a WILD the last few nights, and it's not going too good. I get to the point where I can feel vibrations, but then my eyes start to tear up. It feels very uncomfortable, but sometimes I'll ignore it and keep going. Well then my eyes start slowly opening for some reason and I always close them shut really fast which ends my attempt at a WILD. :( I've never read about anyone having these problems. Should I just ignore my eyes completely and find out what happens?

i had that probblem,yust get a sleeping mask or something to cover your eyes,gentely
