I'm trying to WILD again. I know you're supposed to stay still during WILD but it's really hard. I keep getting itches all over my body. I try not to think about them but they just get worse and worse. It's impossible to focus on anything. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Yeah, that's a common problem.
I think you should allow yourself the odd scratch or two when you begin, but really, when you get deep into WILD, they should stop affecting you. That's what I find, anyway.
So yeah, there's no need to torture yourself. It'll do more harm to your WILD than good. ;)

Yeah, I get that too. I find that it's best to just scratch away. Otherwise, if you don't you end up focussing on the itching and it just gets worse. It's best to scratch, and then forget about it. Just try to make the act of scratching automatic. Don't think about it too much, and hopefully then you won't loose concentration.

Lol, i know all about that, just ignore them and they will go away. It's hard but just do it.

I found that trying to look for your heart (as in trying to pinpoint your where your heartbest is) works extremely well. IF that doesn't work, then try to look for the same itch on the symetrical side of the body (if the itch is on your left ear, look for it on your right). This should work.
Hope I helped you! Please tell me if it did! - Stoat

I'll see how it goes tonight. I'll report in the morning.

Yeah, I think I had been convincing myself that I'm going to itch since as soon as I reminded myself not to scratch, they popped up all over my body. I tried the heartbeat and the symmetrical thing, they both worked to a degree, though really bad itches I had to let myself scratch. I eventually mostly forgot about it. I failed the WILD anyway, but thanks for all of your guys' advice.

No problem! Itches of course are my number 2 enemy when WILDing!
