I haven't really been thinking about LDing during this summer because of vacation and all. I occasionally take some B6 just for fun. Anyway..
- Two nights ago I had 1 LD. I had taken one 100mg B6 pill and thought about LDing.
- Last night was amazing. I took 1mg mellatonin and 100mg B6 again. I cleared my mind and told my brain that I would LD. I had multiple LD's that night. I kept switching in and out of "lucid mode" (I guess you could call it that).
Anyway, yeah:
- 1mg mellatonin
- 100mg B6
- Clear your mind and concentrate on the thought that you WILL LD!! You only have to do this like once; then fall asleep as you usually would. DON'T TRY TOO HARD!

How would you go about acquiring melatonin and what exactly is it? Any information would be welcome as it's a bit too early in the morning for me to Google it. >.>

I think melatonin helps you fall asleep.
