The Effectiveness Of Pre Recorded Messages In Inducing Lucid Dreams

I just wanted to know if anyone has had any success using pre recorded messages to induce lucid dreams.

I've had quite a great amount of success with scripting pre-recorded commands that come into the dream.
Example in the file I scripted...

"Look at your hand to check your reality"

And in the dream I did it and it worked, I was dreaming. I use multiple commands in a paticular order although which seems to help.

This may seem like a stupid question, but can you actually hear the message whilst you are in the dream, or do you just get some kind of impulse to do what the message tells you?

I recently downloaded an mp3 file that says, "you are aware that you are in a dream" over and over. So will I actually hear the message, or will I just realise that I am in a dream more easily because of the message?

If its the LucidRemix, (the one I created) I've heard that statement exactly in the dream. In my other scripts they come through the same way. One odd thing, when you use text to speech programs, the pronunciation isnt always phoenetically correct, so things came out sounding like one thing but the script you typed was completely different. As long as you can hear the file clear enough it should come across the dream the same way.
