DILD / DSILD which means Dreamsign Induced Lucid Dream. I saw this on Wikibook: Lucid Dreaming I figure if you visualize your dream sign like mine is people and keep visualizing. Than say like an intent. For example: "When I See [People] in my dream. I will become lucid and aware." So thats my idea that should trigger a dream and create the lucid state of mind everyone wants to reach. This is also all the more reason to keep and use a dream journal/diary to see what it is your personal dreamsign.
This might also be connected to or augmented into a WILD or WBTB Methods of dreaming.
So all you need is:
- Somewhat Vivid Visualization Skills
- Dream Journal
- Knowledge of inducing a part of a WILD or WBTB.

The "When I see X I will become lucid" part works really well, you may augment this phrase by saying why X is your dreamsign.
For example: 'When I see a pink elephant I will instantly realize that I'm dreaming because pink elephants do not exist in real life"
You may further augment your suggestion by putting in an absolute condition: "If I ever find myself in a math class again I will instantly realize that I'm dreaming because I dont have to take any more math classes for the rest of my life".

Hmm, oddly enough, I can't recall hearing of such a technique before.
Even though it seems like a pretty obvious (and effective) deduction from the MILD technique...
Instead of just willing one's self to realize the dream state, one goes a step further and incubates the dream sign(s) into the upcoming dream.
