Question About Sp

people say when u fall asleep at night u get sleep paralisis but how long does it last? 1 night i woke up and my mattress was like almost off the bed because i shifted or something during my sleep, but if i was in SP then i wouldnt be able to move right? so anyone else have this problem? and does it effect being able to do a WILD? cause that was going to be on top of my big list of things to try.

u need to go through sleep paralysis to do WILD, most people do at least.
your body is in paralysis only during rem sleep which is when most dreams occur,
in order to do WILD, u need to go from being awake then directly into rem sleep, usually u will feel the sleep paralysis kick in, then u need to let it take fully over while u still remain conscious, it's very uncomfortable and can sometimes take up to several minutes.
