my question is, do you count, watch the HI, focus on your body (61 point relaxation), or what.
Any tips would be helpful. Ive tried 20+ times and i have yet to reach any form of SP.
Another problem is my body can function with almost no sleep. So even if i wake up after 5 hours of sleep, will still have trouble going BACK to sleep, probably from an active brain.
Please help, i have made NO progress in my 20+ times
