I tried WBTB last night, I woke up and I reached for my alarm clock and it fell off my bed and smashed. WBTB didnt work for me :content: What did you try first and how long did it take you to start reaching lucidity (As in how many days/weeks were you trying for.)

2 weeks, natural WBTB, and alcohol induced ld.

HILD(which is apparantly FILD now?) the first time or 2
Then pretty much only DILD from then on
HILD worked the first time I tried it, but i had been trying dild for a while. But after the first times using it, i never got it to work again, so I only LD when it just randomly happens now, or I think about it a little bit before i go to sleep, but nothing to lose sleep for.

Im going to try (Formerly known as) HILD tonight. Then DILD next week and so on untill I find what technique works best for me.
