well, ive been using the counting breaths method and not moving in order to trick my mind into thinking im asleep. ive been getting to a point where i find breathing almost becomes difficult and my whole body goes numb...but then usually something gay happens like someone beeps a carhorn or something and it ruins it. i ordered some silicone earplugs though :-)
you guys might want to check out this DVD i got from
www.saltcube.com its pretty cheap and VERY informative. fgor those who arent really strong with visualization and HI, its really helpful. i highly recommend it. after failing with WILD for a while it defintley gave me a new approach.
