What Method Should I Put This Under?

ok so i do reality checks and stuff but it doesnt seem to help much, till i do a mild saying that i will do reality checks in my dreams and remember them. is this closer to a mild or a dild? im using reality checks to get lucid... but only cause i told myself to.

Sounds like a combination to me, but I would call it closer to MILD. I'm actually not too sure though. I don't suppose it really matters what you call it, as long as it works right? For my signature, I count MILD as times I went to bed and actually told myself I was going to have a lucid dream. The ones I count as DILD are just times I went to bed and had a lucid dream, w/o putting much thought into it.
