Hey, I just wanted to share a quick tip that helps me personally LD. It's the WBTB method.
I have got 2 lucid dreams both doing the same thing. I wake up, go for a small drive, smoke a cigarette, come home, and go to sleep. And I have only done it 2 times. So each time I got lucid. I'm going to try it tomorrow again, I really think this is the method I needed all along. I'll post results. :content:
