Actually, there's a much better way.
1. Day one: Stay up till like 3:00 in the morning, then go to sleep and wake up at like 6 or 7.
2. Day two: Now you will be really tired when you wake up. Go to sleep at normal time and you will sleep forever! Sleep in as long as you can (do this part on a weekend or something) so you can get as much sleep as you can.(at least 12 hours or something)
3. Day three: When you do wake up you won't be able to go to sleep forever, which is el perfecto! Go to bed at normal time. Pick a comfy position and DONT MOVE. In maybe 15 to 25 minutes sleep paralysis will begin to take over!
