My method for inducing LDs is . . . kind of sad. . . I sleep for 4-5 hours, get up for an hour, eat chocolate, drink caffeine, go back to bed and try to WILD for 30 minutes to an hour, FAIL, fall asleep, and end up having a DILD 2 hours later. Works like a charm.

So how long between eating caffiene/chocolate and going back to sleep?

I have the caffeine and chocolate as soon as I wake up and I try going back to sleep about an hour later but I don't usually manage it until around 2 hours.
