congragulate me! a few nights back i had two lucids in a row but now i cant recall a thing. perhaps its my over confidence. or the fact that im doing rc's changes my daily activite and influnces my dream life. and one more thing ive had many lucid attempts since then but they all fail. i do a rc ina dream and some how convince myself im awake or its a shallow sleep and i wake up. strange indeed. HELP!! :blue:

If you cant remember your dream then work on your Dream Recal. keep a dream journal that you record all your dreams in as soon as you wake up or if you wake up in the middle of the night record what you remember. you could also use a tape recorder. Anyway Congrats (wondering how you could remember that you had a lucid dream if you cant remember the dream though)
