ok so i woke up a few times lastnight and kept going back to sleep but i would have these dreams but in the dreams i thought they were 'real life' and i remember getting very lightheaded.and i would wake up and go back to sleep but i kept feeling my body in my bed and i knew i was asleep...it was really weird cause this happened multiple times
you were lucid if you realized you were dreaming while still in the dream.
Well, you're saying that you thought the dreams were "real life", but you also say that you kept feeling your body in bed. I doubt you were lucid because you never actually thought to yourself that you're dreaming, even though you felt your body - those were moments of transition between waking life and dreams, I guess, but you lost focus and entered a normal dream.Quote:
