I've been praticing WILD recently, I used to WILD better than I do now. But anyways, Last night i got up after 4hours of sleep, and instantly i started counting my breath , after getting up to 50 I start feeling this really really strong pressure on me. ANd the sensation got stronger and stronger and faded. About 5minutes later it returned and faded again, I could see some HI colors but they appeared for a breif amount of time. Basically I couldnt feel my body, i was floating but i couldnt see the HI for ages, can anyone offer any advice? Or where i might be going wrong? :roll:
