Reverse Blinking, I Need To Know Am I Doing This Right So Far

Ok, here’s the deal. I’m trying this technic (Reverse Blinking) Click Here. Seems very affective. Let me tell you what I do.

1st: I go into a very deep relaxing state where I no longer have the desire to move my little body, and I think nothing of it. :)

2nd: I open my eyes every 5 second to look at a certain object (Reverse Blinking), after about 40 seconds of doing this my eyes start twitching (REM? Or Vibrations I Guess.) I continue opening them every 5 seconds, then My eyes shut deeply, and tightly, as though It was stuck, on there own, so tight that my mouth sides upward some lol!! Then My Heart starts beating fast, And I see flashes of lights... So I Stopped, Hell I thought I Have a Heat a TACK! :shock: and that’s about it.. But no Image. :| :(

What am I Doing wrong? Am I Close? I Find it very easy to get to this state, I just want to know am I doing things right so far, or any suggestions? Thank you very much you happy people. :wink:

don't worry, it seems to me like sleep paralysis and a little Hypnagogic Imagery. just follow the flow... or go with the flow... however that catch phrase woks. ;)

LOL OMG! That same thing happened to me! O_O I was freaking out because my heart with pounding very fast! But I still love this technique. :bigteeth:

I Know Lol, It is scary tho...

I tried this last night, and very quickly experienced the rapid heart rate, but became too excited and lost it. upon a second attempt I just stopped blinking and fell asleep for the whole night. Cool though. I think I'll keep trying.

I tryed it once when I wasn't very relaxed, but still rather tired.

eventually my mind gave up on it, but I am going to try it again

Hm... I've been trying this for a couple of days, and 2 days ago I came so close to getting there, but then my brother stomped up the stairs and pulled me right out of it. Anyways, I tried again yesterday, but I couldn't get very far at all. I didn't even get to the vibrations or anything like I had the first time. Does anyone know why this could have happened? I did it almost completely the same way both times.

This happens to me also. I think some days you have it, and some days you just don't...

Ok, I guess that makes sense.
