I've tried the reverse blinking twice now, and both times I've got to the REM state.
The problem is that I find it really annoying - and it distracts me from what I'm doing.
I guess I could relax a bit more before trying the reverse blinking to try and take my mind off it. But does anybody have any other tips on how they do it from when they get to this stage?
Oh yes!!! Also, I think I started to get to the beginnings of the vibration stage! I started vibrating, but only for a few seconds before it kinda scared me and I pulled out :P

When you get to REM state you can stop reverse blinking but still try hold onto consciousness while the HI goes by then transition into the dream
