Yet another post asking if anyone has experienced these sensations.. thanks for your patience.
The last few nights i've been trying the reverse blinking, and the breathing techniques (1-i'm dreaming 2-i'm lucid ect.) and i've exeperienced some interesting things.
The first night after I counted to about 50 (fast!) It seemed like all of a sudden I was underneath blue sky and it was hard to keep my eyes closed. From there I started to see faint (very faint) visions of a skyline and mountains. Soon after I realized I had put winamp on repeat instead of having it end I had to wake up and turn it off.. that night.. I lost counsciousness trying again.
The second night, I counted to about 100 or so and from there It felt like I was laying on my back with things like planes and bridges above me zooming by (except I was underneah a plane, then laying on my back in the back of a pickup looking at the supports for a bridge). I hadn't experienced this before and unfortunatley this sleep-wild session was interupted so once again I couldn't go through it.
last night I couldn't concentrate for a damn.. I kept forgettin where I was so no dice.
I guess my question is have you guys experienced these things? I felt some strong vibrations last night but when I lost focus it all disapeared and I found myself counting from 10-20 from where I was because I forgot the number.
