Whoa this video is great! Do know anymore of these, because if you do you're now my hero
Agree with previous speaker :)
go to saltcube.com that guy has found out alot of things about lucid dreaming/OBE's (he seems to think they are the same) that this site hasn't.
some good pages:

and if you really like his stuff those video's were shorts from this DVD http://www.saltcube.com/#more
Wow that was amazing! I was doing it all wrong, thx so much. For probably the first time ever I wish the clock would speed up so I could go to sleep and try to wild. thanks again.
Wow, I didn't understand half of what he said...
But I think his point came across - I like the black-board idea. I'm gonna give it a shot tonight.
What i'm impressed the most in this is his describtion of HIs.
Before I was kinda unsure if what i was having were HIs, but now I know =P.
I tries this last night, and it perfectly succeeded ! I hadn't been able to do a "complete" WILD for a while, but this time I was completely aware from the beginning to the end of the process. This video is a MUST SEE ! Thanks for sharing :)
thats exactly how I felt
check out his sleep training guide also, it says you should wild on your normal sleep position if you have trouble getting to sleep, but the opposite for those who fall asleep quickly.
this guy wilds on his side and is a slight insomniac like me
i cant do the blackboard technique, any tips?
Its easier to do while almost asleep... but you might want to try enhancing your visualization skills as well.
yeah there is a guy on that site that can get into a wild with in a few minutes through really strong visualization, I want to try it but my visualization always sucked, he has a few mp3's were he actualy describes his lucid well half in the dream, half awake.
Sweet... name?
I'll give you the link to a method by him and some of his mp3's http://saltcube.com/out-of-body/chat-forum...pic.jsp?t=17083
LucidDreamGod, THANK YOU for posting this. It helps me so much because I would always get stuck on WILDs and not know what to do. This video makes perfect sense, and I hope it will help me get my first WILD. Thanks again! I want to go back to bed right now lol.
Edit: my problem was that I could never stabilize the images in my head. I could tell that they weren't right in front of my eyes, but more outside my "field of vision." I never knew how to "locate" them I guess. The blackboards make so much sense it's rediculous...
I don't really understand the blackboard either I just use strong visualization
and if you arn't good at visualization here is something a few pro's told me about visualization, you see visualization isn't used much here and I never really got it to well

the sum of things are to never try to hard and to use casual day dreaming, and practice throughout the day and most imprortant is to never use the fake it till you make it attitude, and really get into visualization because it will serously be fun after awhile.
after all I can visualize with my eyes open not many can do that, I'd consider myself lucky but I never truly know how good other people really are at it.
very good, you are ahead, you should try the visualization wild, if you can get attacted to the scene enough you should beable to go lucid, I too find it easier to visualize scenes, and 3d stuff is easier then 2d stuff, I like visualizing whole levels on video games stuff like that, and you can even add music to the scene which I find helps alot, i've always been good at controling the songs stuck in my head.
