i stayed awake for about 10 minutes thinking about lucid dreaming (planning tasks, doing RCs." then i went to sleep at 5:10. i had a nice lucid and about 4 false awakenings. it was awesome.

:bigteeth: Wow! Congratulations! WBTB remains my favourite technique for Lucid Dreaming, because of how efficient it is, I could attempt WBTB 5 nights in a row and end up with 3 Lucid Dreams. Sometimes I even attempt to do WILD when I wake up at REM periods, its just great :P
anyone else get success with this
