Last night I had two lucid dreams through a very interesting... method. I had this friend at my house, and she was on this recliner and I was at my desk. I asked her what she wanted to dream about in our lucid and we put on some music to induce that. We both fell asleep, and I went into a lucid dream (with her). The first dream was not greatly interesting, but great realism. I think it was more interesting that this happened again. She put on the show "house," I remember, and we fell asleep and I then had an incredibly real lucid after that. Neither times I was lucid within the lucid-inducing sequence. I thought that this was an interesting thing. It could work as a method for someone who is effective in dream incubation.
