By "recall" do you mean reality check?
oh, ops, ive been miss typing reality checks and saying recall
yes i ment reality checks
ah ok, just making sure
Might as well have a timer and RC every 30 seconds. If you can actually manage to carry out your idea successfully then congradulations, more power to ya. It will be hard though.
Or just every time you notice a dreamsign...Isn't that what the whole "see a certain type of animal" thing be?
Good Luck though. =]
thanls.. any other feedback?
I think this is a good idea, since it trains you not only to do RC's but to also to do them when you see or do certain things that you have decided on previously. In EWOLD, LeBarge has an exercise which is basically the same thing as this -- for each day of the week he lists four things (for ex. one day it is like vegetable, red car, money, TV) and each day, you memorize those things (seven different lists for all the days) and then for that day you do RC's when you see those particular items.
Doing lots of RCs is great and all, but if you do that many, you are probably not going to be doing them that well, and when you do a poor quality reality check during the day, when you do it at night, it may be bad quality too, and you may miss something obvious and say, "ok, my hands are purple, just like always, I guess I'm not dreaming", and wake up angry at yourself. While you should do lots of RCs, you really should be concentrating on quality as much if not more than quantity, as a few well-done excellent RCs that really check reality are more effective than tons of crappy ones where you are absentmindedly saying, "oh, I guess I'm not dreaming".
