Help me PlZ!!
dude. everytime i sit down at night about to wild. i have like no power by that time. i just feel so drained and i lose consiousness very fast. i need some tips on how i can do things. i have like little or no will to do this when i lay in bed. i hate it. i have dreams like every night. i just dont realize im dreaming. it sucks

Yes, I have similar thing. I know I can enter WILD if I try, but I just dont put enough effort.
Thing that helps me is MILD/autosuggestion - It takes little time and produces low/middle lucidity dreams.

Have you tried drinking a can of Coke when you wake up? I had the same problem until I started grabbing a can of caffeinated soda to drink when I wake up after sleeping for a few hours (you might want to try Mountain Dew, I just can't stand the flavor of anything but Vanilla Pepsi, Coke or Dr. Pepper). Ever since I started doing that I've had quite a few successfull LDs and one or two near-LDs. I've only drifted off once or twice and not began to LD. The advantage to this is that even if you do drift off, the caffiene increases your awareness so that you still are more likely to LD even if WILDing fails.

Same for me. All the day I think about that I want to be lucid the following night and when the moment finally comes where I go to bed I just don't think anymore, I'm just lying there and after a while I fall asleep. Motivation is needed.

I would suggest that you wake up after 6 hours of sleep and stay up for 30-60 minutes before you atthempt a WILD. During this 30-60 minutes you can read about LD or work on your awareness.
I think that is the best way to be able to WILD without having those energy probelms....
If not you can always try my Sleeping Outside of the Covers Technique.
