What are the best conditions to do a WILD in. I think I managed to get near to doing one a couple of nights ago, I felt like I was floating and had a tingling sensation throughout my body. During this I felt like I couldn't move and thought I had gone into sleep paralysis so I attempted to move and found out I could and screwed the entire thing up. Since that night I tried to get back to the stage of feeling like I was floating but I haven't been able to. I've either been to hot or agitated, even when I cool down the room I still cant do it. Does anyone have any tips on how to make this work.

It really depends on the person. Each person had as unique of needs as a personality. But with the cold and agitation, in the latter stages of wild, before you dream, you are in a super aware meditation, where a string touching you, could feel like a super itch. And a faint chill, could feel like your freezing, so just make sure that you are very comfortable before you start.
