This may sound crazy, but it does work.

So this is simple:
. At nine aclock or about three hours before you go to bed go to bed.
. You will not be tired, but force yourself to stay still and block everything out.
. Know when you wake up, which will be about ten to twenty minautes later you will feel really tired and heavy. When this happen start a ld technique my favourite is Vild, which is simply imaging yourself walking around the streets. Also don't move and you can do the counting Wild if you want.
. Since your so tired you will fall into SP and then into dream really quickly.

Thats it simple. Note it will be like the mouring as you would be tired, but awake also if you wake up just follow technique again. This is bascially chaining idea, however you don't dream you just wake up from a nap and begin wild. I will try to do it by Wild next time to see if it more effective as half of the time spent dreaming between 9 and 11 was wasted on doing the Vild technique when I was already dreaming. I would write down Ld, but it is too sexual and plus it was mostly walking through weird landscapes trying to make everything stable.

Sorry, but it is not my idea so don't ask me question like how do you have REM because I don't know. Also you have to be awake and not tired to do this. It did work this night and my friend did say it worked all night for him so please try it before you dismiss it. All I ask is two hours is that alot.
