ok my problem is, i get bored when trying to wild. what can i do to entertain myself while i wait to fall asleep? if i had some way of entertaining myself, i would be able to suceed easily. what do you do while waiting to fall asleep while trying to wild?
if u can visulize pretty easy then just make up a scene in your head. if not, your limited to just making your wild as short as possible

as I say, dreams are not the only place where you can do what you want (as long as you can visualise well)
but try not to put too much effort on this, or you might not relax enough for a WILD.. I know you hate the geography teacher really bad, but finish the torture when you're in your LD :wink:

if i concintrate enough, the hi can get to 3D type levels. last time i did that though, it made my head hurt. the hi was cool though, i could control it just by thinking about what i wanted to change and it did as i wanted.Quote:

dude dont fight it! thats probably the problem right there! lol. fighting for the perfect scene takes to much energy and keeps you wide awake. go with the flow... just remember what you came to do. You probably wont feel like anything is happening till all of a sudden you will start feeling strange...you stay calm and feel those crazy vibrations and dont know which way is up or down or if you are on the ground or floating in the air. lol its fun! :)Quote:

ok i will try that, i have gotten close to suceeding before just have to remember what i did last time. if i can get the tech to work once, it will be simple for me to do it again. i learn fast, i just have to suceed one time and then i will know what to do the next time.Quote:

but wilds are tough, even when you succeed once or twice. ive had 7, and although i can get to the vibrations and sp everytime now, my last 3 almost wilds ive been stuck out of dream world :(
yeah man i know how you feel. just mess with your wake up time and how long you do your wbtb. And dont stress about the "dont move or you have failed completely" thing going around. Its important to stay still, but if you are extremely uncomfortable and all you can think about is how uncomfortable you are, that is much more harmful to your wild than just moving and getting it over with.Quote:
