okay so last year is when i discovered lucid dreaming and after a bit of research and joining a few furoms and finding the best one obviosly dreamviews.. anyway i had my first lucid dream in about a week of it, it was extremly vivid and i new exactly what to do, rubb my hands spin around splash water on me to increase vividness and not wake up etc anyway i had a few more after that being fully aware and everything, but my exams followed up that month and i needed to concentrate on them so i dropped lucid dreaming hoping to get back into it l8ter but unffortunatly i did not.
anyway its about a year later now and after about 2 weeks of finding everything back out again i had my first lucid dream. but it wernt the same as the other ones, my vividness didnt increase i forgot to rub my hands or anything like that i just flew around like superman and i stayed lucid and it was a long dream but i kinda followed the dream senario not trying anything new which i would of done last year
anyway is der any reason the dreams arnt as vivid and i dont stop to think in them ?? why are trhey different to last year

Sympathies! Usually I have loads of full blown lucid epics. This month just three low level ones (still had fun flying about etc). Guess it just happens. Am relatively stressed at the moment - not keeping a dream diary, working long days etc... I'm sure things will look up - and, hey, even if it wasn't god-like control, you had a lucid dream :bravo: That's something to build on.
Do you do all the basics? Like keeping a dream journal?
