well since joining this furom i've had around 10 LD's no real control mainly just consisted of a bit of flying (however i did walk through a wall once). anyway i havn't really had any technique they've all just been DILDs, i think MILD worked for me once though but i cant be sure.SO every night for the last couple of days i've been trying to wild and i'm just gonna wright a little of how they went.
well for first one i was starting to relax when my alarm went off for the second time and screwed my chances :angry:
the second was an afternoon nap where i counted up to 458 and nothing happended at all.
the third i woke up around 3 and i think i just lost focus and ended up falling asleep. that was also after i went the bathroom and read about lucid dreaming for about ten minutes.
last night i tried the FILD technique now i werent sure wether to raise my fingers or just push them down, so i lightly pressed on the mattress. that failed and i ended up falling asleep
and today i tried another nap, first i relaxed using the 61-point technique, i startes to see a little bit of swirls and patterns but nothing really. so then i tried using the reverse blinking on a bit of blue tack from my seiling. now i was extremely relaxed and my limbs were heavy but i dont think i went into SP. and that was it i didnt see any patterns or sounds or SP. i didnt even fall asleep but i think i have trouble sleeping in the afternoon
anyway i usually sleep from alf 11 to 11. and i dont mind missing disturbing my sleep pattern because i'm off school and can lie in.so i'm just looking for some insight or help with WILDing or any other techniques i can use
