Variation Of Deild

Ok I typed this all out well in school and my qouta time expired and I lost it, I'm going to make a summary of it right now, and update in when I get home, sorry about that.

Ok well I contantly think about waking up to do DEILD this has like a VILD effect on my dreams, after acouple of days, I mostly dream of waking up.

I get use to the feel of going into a dream, and I use it to get in faster when my body is more stubbern, plus I am more confident about getting in.

It is very important to sleep 8-9 hours for best effect.

This gave me lucids in all of the past 5 days in a row, hasn't failed yet.

Yeah, I get that amount of sleep righ now sense it's holiday :D

Yes thats why I called it a "Variation" :P

during the last few hours of my sleep, I'll wake up 4 times. I seems fairly static for me. Its just what I do. 8-9 is about my 3 wake... Its the last one that I can pull this off during. On my fourth wake I just can't get back to sleep. I've been having good luck until recently with this. My abilities have come to a screeching halt. I think, it has to do with when during my first dozen, I'd be soo excited about just getting lucid that I'd reflect hard on it while trying to get into the next one. I'd say its to the point that it'd be almost a vild.

You have the exact same problem as me, though I just started getting it, I was awake for close to an hour this morning, I recommend trying to clear your head and try and not think about it just count and focus, and your mind hsould clear, and you'll beable to go to sleep faster.

Well it's mainly the Vild part about FA's thats kind of my main point, to introduce FA's

Have you ever noticed that if you move a part of your body during this, it becomes less numbed, while the rest of your body stays?

What do you mean by constantly? You mean thruout the day? Do you do it like RC's, just sort of think about it for a few seconds? Or more like for a couple minutes, every so often?

I really like the DEILD technique and I wish I could get it to work more often, since I wake up a lot at night and have a lot of opportunity. Maybe I'll start trying to think about it more during the day.

Okay, I'm putting on my game face. Its time... :pirate: I'm getting this three for three tonight. I just need focus.

I'm suprised I didn't do it much this morning, I finaly managed to have a small ld at the end of the night, I was sure I was awake when I wilded, epxsecualy when I got out of the dream I tried focusing on the transition feeling and it came back alittle, but it went away after awhile, I woke up. I think instead of thinking about false awakenings, I used to think about just not moving apon wakening alot, and maybe thats really what did it for me.

sigh... I didn't have one last night. I finally get a good shot at it, I got all numb and just laid there... I've can't get back to sleep with it anymore.... what should I do?

DEILD is not defined in the tutorial>acronyms post. Please what does it stand for, is there are thread explaining it? Thanks.
