So I am new to this whole LD thing (obviously) and I was going to try to do a MILD. I was really tired and since you need to get up later for the MILD I figured I might as well try a WILD on my way to bed. Now I know that you are supposed to sleep 5-6 hours beforehand, but I was REALLY tired and almost falling asleep so I figured it was the same effect.
Anyway, I started to feel myself get lighter as I was drifting off. There were no colors or images as I have heard described but it felt like I was falling asleep. Then came the vibrations and what I think was SP. (Couldnt seem to move...well more so actually that I didnt have any desire to) So anyway I am in this wierd state of "SP" with no images and then came the spinning. I dont believe I am focusing too hard, and I actually feel quite relaxed but I am spinning. After a while I can tell that there is no dream to step into and this spinning sensation is feeling quite real. I open my eyes and do a quick RC to find that I am indeed awake.
I look around my room at my clock and the numbers are fine but everything is shaking much like it would if you just got off a merry-go-round. I feel a ligitimate sense of dizziness.
Keep in mind that this whole situation happened on two different occasions, and I am quite sure that WILD's do not include spinning and dizziness. Is this normal? Do I have to just keep with it? Or am I doing something wrong?
