My Lucid Dream Induction Technique

This is a simple LDIT that I thought up while trying to WILD.

Basically, all you have to do is repeat to yourself over and over again as you are falling asleep "I am going to be asleep soon, and I shall only wake up in the morning."

I found out that by making my mind absolutely sure that I am going to be asleep, I can realize that I am dreaming very easily, and if I find myself awake in my bae, I do a RC. This method has scored me many Lucid dreams.

Sounds like MILD. U tell Urself Ur gonna fall asleep and Ur subconcious remembers U did and are asleep. Maybe Ur dream code is that. Which is telling Urself Ur gonna fall asleep results in an LD. For me so far my dream code is believing that I'm in a simulation or matrix and usually that results in an LD or at least an RC.
