Controlled Hallucination Wild

Well after some exprimenting I can now produce hallucinations. This method is easy and will give you complete control of your HI. I have tried this twice and it has worked, however its tricky. Note: I didn't use WBTB.
Prep:
1. Feel your table and look somewhere else, now the feel of the table is 3D now try and project the feel of the table somewhere in front of your eyes. Practice this intill you can feel the sensation of your hand somewhere else. It helps to imagine sensation moving in front of you, movement is important in being able to produce hallucinations.
The method of hallucination:
1. Movement is really improtant, the first thing to do when attempting this is imagine moving e.g. walking, playing a piano e.t.c.
2. Once you start doing this imagine yourself out of your body.
3. Now project the feeling of your body onto your new moving body, if you do this correct then your in the dream world. Note: it takes about ten mianutes to complete transition into dream world.

If you do try this start with imagining walking and then move onto the big things like flying. I'm going to sleep to get rid off the effects of sleep deprivation...
Any question, oh and first hallucination will appear sensory and then will be visual, however their very random.

What the hell, i can move straight into the dream with this?? lol!

wait, when you say you didnt use WBTB with this you mean you just did it as you were going to sleep for the night? Or you woke up in the middle of the night but went right back to sleep?

I slept in the middle of the day for ages. Its complicated

I thought you needed to be sleep deprived to do this method, however last night I did it. Weird it failed the first time then I used WBTB and I did it. First your moving around your body imagine your body projected some where else and then HI appears around you and your in your dream. I think I need to do more RC as when I am in the dream it easy to get tricked, also I had about five false awakenings.

Actually what you describe to me doesn't sound as much as a Hallucination. It's more a Conscious effort to project your Visual Imagination into reality. Hallucinations are visualisations that occur independant of your efforts and are seemingly more random, realistic and astonishing.


And how should I do this? Train my imaginatiove projections by feeling and visualisin g what I feel somewhere else? And how do I take this to the bed to try dreaming like this? Can you be a little bit more specific perhaps?

Well it simple you project the feeling of your body onto another place, well if you imagine yourself walking whilst in bed and try and project your dream body into your walking imaginary body you will find yourself in the dream. See when you hit the dream you will be walking around and conscious.

You have two bodies one in the dream world and one in the real world all you need to do is to project i.e. feel your real world body projected onto your dream world body. It not visualization as I am not using anything visual instead we are using sensory system like touch and movement. So don't visulize just imagine yourself having a new body with your sensation of your real body and make sure you imagine yourself moving like walking.

Doing this during a nap I watched and yes the images produce are realistic and random. I remeber reading about synesthesia and everybody has a low form of this, the sensory feel from my skin produces vivid and random images, whilst doing this method. I heard about sensory impulses producing dream images like dripping water on someone and they dream of rain, what if noticing touch makes you conscious of HI and produce dream images. I have done this successfully four times now, so it seems to be working, and I am ill too.
