      Tactile Wild

      Well this is various forms of wilding molded together.
      I have noticed a pattarn in wilding and what makes a successful wild, however first I can improve the quality of dreams.

      What do I do to have vivid dreams?
      Now this anwser was provided by Gothlark, however in my own words. Before you go to bed you use all your senses, imagine walking around in your imaginations. You have to feel stuff, taste stuff, hear stuff and see stuff, these don't have to be vivid, but you need to put the effort in to use your senses or you will not succedded. Don't do anything moving like flying or running as it is hard to relax, walking is enough, slowly slowly catch a monkey.

      How do I vild?
      This has been taxing me for ages, using Gothlark method was good, however his method is like a puzzle. Thinking about it something was making me fail, that something was movement. So if you want to wild and want vivid dreams read on

      The best method?
      Now first thing to get in your head is that wilding is all about interaction, the more you interact the better the chance of wilding. Their is two kinds of interaction the bad and good, the bad is movement and focusing on environment and body, the good is all five senses and the imaginary world. The three sins of lucid dreaming are this, I have to use WBTB, I can't wild it takes up time and finally thats impossible REM. If you don't move you will fall asleep and visualization won't stop you, their is no scientific evidence that suggest we only sleep during REM and finally WBTB is easy because you have the will to waste more energy.

      (just a minaute)

      How to wild?
      Now first basic rules;
      . Don't move body
      . Don't do relaxation technique
      . Put the energy in
      If you do the top then you are 30% their. Now the simple bit, when you wild always follow this pattarn.
      Feel stuff with all your body i.e. the grass on your feet the bricks on a wall against your hands the imaginary clothes on your body(naked dream). This is incredibilly improtant, the main thing you should do is feel, feel and feel, everything you can thing of feel. Now instead of creating a dream scene you feel yourself around a scene by noticing the feel of everything. Movement is not improtant just the feeling of textures in your dream scene. Also it might help to crawl or walk slowly forward feeling.
      You're subconscious will make up tactile stimulas if you practice alot making it easy. You should do this everytime you go to sleep (espically if you wake up) it takes about ten minautes and if you fail first time then try again.
      This will also improve your dream recal as I can remeber every dream I have had without WBTB and I don't have a dream journel.
      The rest are not improtant, however if you wish you can include some.

      first of all I couldnt even understand it. Too many speeling errors. Secondly there is no 1 perfect WILD method that everyone can use. There could be one that works for many people, but it wont work for everyone.

      that right there is a perfect example. how is movment and focusing on environment and body bad? i have gotten many WILDs by movment and focusing on the body.

      This WILD can work for you. Im not saying this is not a WILD, but (in my opinion) there is no "bad" or "good" or "best method" there is only trial and error.

      A lazy person can wild, giving a long enough period of time.
      This WILD can work for you. Im not saying this is not a WILD, but (in my opinion) there is no "bad" or "good" or "best method" there is only trial and error.
