LD during a nap?
Hello, I've read some posts where people mentioned that napping is a good time to have a lucid dream. I take a nap just about everyday, and occasionally I can see a very vivid image during a nap or have some other LD-like experience, but it always wakes me up. I try to have a very clear, relaxed mind before a nap, and if possible i'll nap for over 90 minutes. I really don't know enough about the art of napping to LD during one, though.
Does anybody have a method for doing this?

You can use any sort of LD induction. Try a MILD or a WILD, sometimes a WILD is very easy to do during and nap and sometimes its easier after a WBTB. The main difference in napping is the vividness of the dreams.

It's also good to have stellar recall before trying an LD in a nap. I only remembered one regular dream during a nap I took several weeks ago out of many naps I take. I've tried WILDing in a nap without much success. I think that if you want a WILD, it greatly helps to be very tired beforehand. I never did a WILD by just trying it out of the blue after being fully awake for the day, but I'm sure some others have.
