Mild??
WILDS haven't been working for me too well (probably cause it's for people who are more experienced, and as far as LDs go, I'm not experienced.) So I've decided to try MILDs after reading Laberge's most recent book, I think it's not going to be to difficult. But it is. Anyone have any advice on how to actually get it to work? I usually fall back asleep. But I could swear I always fall asleep with the solid intention of lucid dreaming. Only when I do that, not only do I not LD, but I don't remember my dream period! Fortunately I remember many others, but still.
Anyone have specific advice on how to properly do a MILD?

Make sure you have good recall before you start too heavily into the techniques. Then If you want to try mild, try combining it with a wbtb. Wbtb makes everything better. :) hope you get MILD to work for ya! :D

Yeah, I forgot to mention, lately my recall has been GREAT! I'm remembering an average of 3 dreams every night, and the most I've had is 5. But I always lose focus right before I go to sleep. I always MEAN to do Wbtb, but I'm always too lazy to actually get up ;) I'll try it though, thanks for the reply :D

wow... you really do have great recall! lol :D wbtb helps a ton! helps with WILD, MILD, VILD, and tons of other techniques out there. That might have been why WILD didnt work for you too...
