Hi. When I attempt WILD, I get scary images / sounds. Anyone know of a decent way to overcome this sort of stuff? Being in Sleep Paralysis compounds this by quite a bit as well :( Anyone have experience with this, and overcome it? Thanks in advance.

i've never heard of a decent way to get through it. and all i've ever been told was to realise that it isn't real, and that it cant hurt you. so i guess i can only say the same thing: it's not real, it cant hurt you, just try not to be afraid, or just ride through it. if you can get through the scary stuff at least once, then it will get easier.
