Good luck, and try and stay relaxed and not to be too excited or anticipating.

You may try to take 100 mg of vitamin B6, before attempting WILD. (after 6 hours of sleep). this will give you 80% chance of lucidity
45-60 minutes seems like it would be WAY too long for me. Here is my experience with WILD (only 1 so far)
Went to bed, woke up around 5 hours later. Drank a can of soda, went to bed around 25 minutes after I woke up. Then I started to try to WILD. I got sleep paralysis after 1 hour, and felt like I was going to go into a dream after 2 hours. Then my mom's alarm went off and broke my concentration. Kinda fun trying to move when you are SP though lol, after my mom's alarm went off.
Anyway, tonight, I'm going to try to WILD again... This time, no soda, and I'll only stay up for a little while.
Wow, I should try that!Quote:

Would it work for a MILD instead?
i once tried taking 800 mg of sodium chloride to induce lucid dreams, i cant remember what happened after that ;).
i really hope you get to experience *super* lucidity, its wicked awesome. and here's my only advice- do not scared. no matter what you may hear or experience, just remember that it cant hurt you!
I've had pretty good success at WILDs lately but haven't tried the b-6 in the morning yet to help induce them, i will tomorrow and see what happens!!
