SP vs Relaxation
ok, this is just a quick one...when going into WILDs or any SP sorta method people always talk about a tingling over the body aswell as pulses or other weird sensations
however, whenever i do any simple relaxation technique, such as point focussing, i feel tingling all over my body. no matter whether iv just gone to bed or done a WBTB...it takes longer for the other signs of SP to occur.
is this relaxed tingling numbness part of early SP or is it just me relaxed? cuz i can get thise sensation in under 10 minutes
thanks

That tingling sounds normal to me. Though if you can feel it all over your body at once I'd say that's fairly good going for 10 minutes.
Obviously somewhere further on that that there's SP, and after that the "vibrations", which feel similar to tingling, but deeper (further under the skin) and stronger and obviously different.
I wouldn't have said there's such a thing as "early SP" because you either feel you can't move or you don't :-). In other words I think of it as a pretty sudden process. Seems like an odd question though. What does it mean if its "just me relaxed" as opposed to part of an early phase of SP?

I get that fairly quickly and it takes a little longer to start feeling twitches and shock-like sensations.

That's just deep relaxation. I can induce that very easily as well. Like others have said, in SP, there is an obvious difference as you suddenly feel a different, more intense sensation.
