Guided Audio-file to LD?

I wonder if there is any Audio-file to listen to when you want to enter into an LD, like with the WILD-technique. It could have a guide that tells you what to do, like "relax and take deep breaths". I found one that helps you to enter deep sleep, but since I want LDs, will that work?

You can just browse around the forums, several people have uploaded their own mp3 files for lucid dream inductions.

I think there's even a post somewhere including a whole bunch of these.
