Well, I have a theory. Since almost everybody who has a WILD has a FA, maybe FA's are common in our non-lucid dreams too. So what if you get in the habit of doing a RC every time you wake up. If my theory is correct people would be able to have MILD's almost the instant they go to sleep.
It's just a thought, I'm going to try it.
